Having roamed around for much of my twenties, I now need and want to create a solid future at home.
Cooking has always made me happy, and I have long dreamt of enrolling at Ballymaloe.
My ambition is to have my own business, a little place where good food is accessible and affordable, where people come hungry, feel welcome and leave nourished and gratified. Full hearts and bellies!
I am focused and ready to learn as much as I can, and am always optimistic that dreams can come true!

My Rose Biscuits are fragrant and buttery with a delicate crunch. While they bake and cool, the kitchen is filled with the most beautiful, comforting smell. They are perfect for a cosy autumnal afternoon of day-dreaming, when you are all wrapped up inside with a hot cup of tea!
My recipe contains- Butter, sugar, flour, semolina and rosewater. I chill the dough before rolling and cutting into heart shapes. Once they are baked, I dust them with icing sugar.
