Probably as everybody else who enters The Cheffactor I classify myself as a big fan of anything related with good food and fun of cooking.I have been working in food idustry for a while and I have been always dreaming about starting my own business one day.I'm certain that winning the competition and getting the opportunity to attend Ballymaloe Cookery Course would give me the final knowledge and confidence to be able to go for it.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
Whenever I get a chance I like to browse in English Market Cork.There I get inspired to create my dishes.I alwyas prefer to use local and seasonal ingrediences.This time I have chosen to make a combination of slow-cooked breast of lamb and grilled lamb chop,served with barley-spinach "risotto",pumpkin pure,mint sauce and red wine gravy. Yummy...!
