I deserve to win because i'm a little bit different. I lie to try out ideas that come into my head, it could be to ingredients that are completely different and by normal preconceptions wouldn't work, and then try and make them work. I like the way a good meal can make your troubles go away for a small while. I like the way people get so passionate,emotional and excited about the food they eat, cook and serve. I like the world that all of this has create, but most of all i love food.

This dish is what i love about food. It's a simple rendition of Italian cooking principles; the long, exact, thereapeautic processof making the dough; the combination of tomatos, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella,large fundamental flavours that combine to make one big, hearty taste; and the last minute rush and volcanic temperature that welds the to together, and gives you a simple, rustic, passionate, devine meal.
